I was at the Miami Book Fair last week, held at the Wolfson Campus of MDC. It was shocking to see the free bottles of water being given to the attendees while the entire event did not include recycling at all.
The President and staff of MDC need to understand that the Green Movement is not just another public relations or academic opportunity.

Lol! Good point Stephanie! Guess they forgot to include that. It’s taking place on Thursday, November 29th from 5pm-9pm. Hope to see you all there!!

Seems interesting, I can’t wait.
I am not sure about Miami Dade but I know that FIU has tried to put in more recycling bins around the campus so I hope other college follow and hopefully more then that.
