		<description>I don&#039;t think that the Miami Dade poster is correct.  If you check this page, http://www.miamidade.gov/derm/tips_yard_care.asp you&#039;ll see that there are guidelines from Miami Dade county on Yard Care that suggest composting.</description>

If it&#039;s not true, I was hoping to start container composting at the back of the building where I live in Miami Beach, but needed some better advice, perhaps a good resource to learn how to do it as well as the affect of the hot and humid FL climate.  Anybody?</description>
